Lauren Bursell is our Chief Executive Officer and the reason our program exists! Lauren loves building our teams and establishing relationships within our communities.

When Lauren gets a small moment of spare time she loves spending it camping with her dogs!
North Sound Regional Coordinator
Leslie Nordby
Leslie Nordby is our North Sound Regional Coordinator. Leslie has many favorite reasons on why she loves working with Best Dental Help but if she had to narrow it down it would be interacting with the kiddos and making them smile.

When Leslie isnt making kiddos smile she spends her time hiking and going on adventures.
West Sound Regional Coordinator
Tiffany Slater
Tiffany Slater is our West Sound Regional Coordinator. Tiffany's favorite part about working with Best Dental Help is working with kiddos that are apprehensive at first and then are excited to go to the dentist after seeing our team!

Tiffany likes spending time with family and driving her Jeep on the beach!
South Sound Regional Coordinator
Denise Saller
Denise Saller is our West Sound Regional Coordinator. Denise's favorite part about working with Best Dental Help is working with kiddos and the independence her position gives her!

Some of Denise hobbies are gardening, sailboat racing and voluntourism with Great Shape! Inc.
Pre-K Program Coordinator
Jamie Bartlett
Jamie Bartlett is our Pre-K Program Coordinator. Jamie loves establishing relationships with staff and kids at each of our Pre-K sites. She loves visiting sites and seeing how excited the kiddos are to see our teams!

Jamie loves spending time with her family and going to various sports events and spending time outdoors!

Michelle Bale
Michelle Bale is a dental hygienist in our North Sound Region. Michelle loves helping kiddos learn the best techniques to brush and floss effectively.

Amanda Greene-Lewis
Amanda Greene-Lewis is a dental hygienist in our North Sound Region. Amanda loves working with kids and teaching them that they don't need to fear going to the dentist.

Social Media Director
Kalene Smith
Kalene Smith is our Social Media Director and a dental hygienist in our West Sound Region. Kalene loves learning about and connecting with the elementary schools in her community.

Kalene loves spending time with her partner and their pups, whether that’s spending time thrifting, gardening or binge watching whatever the current tv show they're into.

Dental Hygienist
Lisa Doubleday
Lisa Doubleday is a dental hygienist in our West Sound Region. Lisa's favorite thing about working with BDH is having the opportunity to teach kids about the caries process and listening to their reactions when she shows them what real cavities look like. She also enjoys seeing all the smiles when she walks through the schools and hears the kids whisper with excitement "It's the tooth ladies!!!"
​
When Lisa's not showing kids what cavities look like, she loves spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking and boating with her family and dog. She also likes to watch Husky football, the Seahawks, Sounders, and Mariners. And although she doesn't like to ride in airplanes, she loves traveling to new places near and far.
